The following applies to all units
- Cots and high chairs are available free of charge
- Pillows, doonas (duvets), sheets and towels are included in the tariff
- 10% GST is included in the tariff
- Daily animal feeding activities with feed supplied (approx 1.5 hours), playground, and BBQ facilities are all included in the tariff

- To confirm a booking, a deposit of one nights tariff or 50% for more than two nights stay is payable
- If cancellation occurs prior to 14 days of reservation date, a full refund less a $30 administrative fee will be issued.
Cancellations within 14 days - we will retain 50% of the tariff plus a $30 administration fee. If the unit is re-let, a full refund less a $30 administrative fee will be issued. If the booking is transferred to another date, there is no charge.
Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a 100% charge for the full duartion of the booking. If the unit is re-let, a fee of one nights tariff plus a $30 admin fee will apply.
- Check in time is 2pm - check out at 10.00am, only changeable by prior arrangement with management.
- No smoking in units - please dispose of cigarette ends and rubbish in bins - no lighting of fires.
- Due to native/farm animals and conservation zoning, pets are not permitted at Kerriley Park Farmstay.
